As promised....
Well... we're proud to say we made it from scratch. There's lots that can be improved upon next year : ) But hey, we gotta start somewhere, right?!

Stay tuned for a splendid photographic display of our first attempt at the new Dixson Family Christmas tradition.... Gingerbread House = from scratch!
My expectations are rather low since I have seen many a house in pieces... however, I have done my research and I know this process is a long one, so tomorrow I will be baking and assembling the house parts and Saturday we shall decorate. Should be an entertaining event : )

Playtime
(This one's for you Chelsie)
Hello!
Just a couple videos of our playtime and one dinnertime to share. Rhea is getting better and better at balance. She stands alone for a few seconds and will take 3 or 4 steps (mostly just falling with style). We are giving her more table foods, usually a little of whatever we are having for dinner. Thus far she really likes beans and potatoes and pasta : ) I am really looking forward to Christmas this year! It's going to be SO fun!!
